An Edge Beading bit creates a bead on the edge of your work piece to soften the edge. The pattern leaves a half rounded edge. Our professional/industrial grade bits have tungsten carbide inserts ground on CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines using 600x diamond wheels. Tungsten carbide maintains its hardness at high temperatures and holds an edge far longer than high-carbon or high-speed steels.

Appliaction

Cut composition materials, softwoods, hardwoods, chipboard, plywood and other woods. Designed to cut deep or shallow V grooves in the wood work project.
Great for sign making or adding decorations to furniture and plaques. Great replacement bit tool for woodworking carpenter.
Avoid processing metal materials (such as copper, iron) and non wood materials (such as sand and stone).
Suitable for all range of routers, such as handheld routers, table routers, electric routers, engraving machines, trimmers, CNC and other automatic routers. Cannot be used on electric drill and drill press etc..
All bits must be inserted in the collet in full length so as to offer enough clamping force and avoid causing damage to the bits.
